[align=left][color=#000000] [/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000] [/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000]Position: Production Manager[/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000]Location:Lian Yungang[/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000] [/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000]MISSIONS[/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000]This position works in conjunction with the global technical support and Chinese directors responsible for executing guidelines and giving breeders and fatteners a technical support to ensure smooth transition from the development to production phase and providing network based to all projects in production.[/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000] [/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000] [/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000]DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES[/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000]-Provide as needed, technical advisory support to breeders and fatteners and implementations of policies and programs for the development, integration and improvements of a sustainable duck production sector in China.[/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000]-Be responsible for the technical results of the breeding and feeding [/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000]-Strictly execute the quality guidelines[/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000]-Develop, implement and monitor the overall program budget and schedule [/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000]-Track and organize the delivery of ducklings and the reception planning agreed with the Chinese leadership [/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000]-Participate in creating the budget with the Chinese leadership [/color][/align][align=left][color=#000000]
