A: This acquisition will expand Novus’s global reach and product offerings, allowing us to better serve our animal agriculture customers worldwide. This purchase is consistent with Novus’s commitment to working with industry partners to achieve greater production efficiencis while lowering environmental impact. Novus has been in partnership with IQF Group since 2001. The companies have complementary backgrounds, culture and product families. This acquisition is a natural progression of the original partnership.
