問：企業是否可以直接向中國海關總署提出申請？

答：不能，所有擬向中國出口寵物飼料的企業應當由本國主管部門通過本國駐中國大使館向中國海關總署進行推薦。

問：寵物飼料的GACC準入一般需要多久？
Q: How long does it take by GACC access and registration?
答：一般來說，已經進行了國家準入的，一般需要一年左右；如果申請企業所在國家是初次申請，需要更長時間。
A: Generally speaking, it takes about 1 year to finish GACC access and registration; But if applicant is first time to apply, it takes longer.
問：寵物飼料的GACC準入中，現場審核是否必須的？
Q: Is on-spot inspection obligatory by GACC access?
答：中國海關總署依據對企業前期風險評估的結果，結合輸入國的推薦，確定對申請企業是否進行現場審核。
A: No. GACC conducts on-spot inspection in accordance with risk analysis results and recommendations from exporting competent authority.
問：GACC現場審核中提出的問題，應如何解決？
Q: How to solve the problems during GACC experts spot check?
答：對于GACC現場審核中提出的問題，應及時進行補正；如未及時補正或GACC認為補正無法達到要求的，則不予通過，且不接受該企業的再次申請。
A: Enterprises should make timely corrections and amendments during spot check.
If not corrected in time or the GACC believes that the correction cannot meet the requirements, applicant enterprises will not be regarded as qualified and will not be accepted to be accessed any longer.
