產地(或分布):產于江西省樂平縣。
數量:l980年有繁殖母豬1.3萬頭。
主要特性:頸粗短,肩寬,背腰平直,腹大呈弧形,臀欠豐滿,四股粗壯,蹄殼呈玉色、堅硬,被毛除額部、尾尖、腹部和四肢下部等七處為白色外,其余均為黑色,故有"烏云蓋雪"之稱。頭大額寬,有較深的皺紋,耳大下垂,嘴簡短、略上翹。成年體重:公豬109千克,母豬114千克。產仔數:初產6-7頭,三胎以上11頭。肥育期日增重648克,屠宰率72%-74%,眼肌面積20-22平方厘米,瘦肉率38%-43%,膘厚5.2-5.8厘米,眼肌面積19.78-22.26平方厘米.
Distribution:Jiedu,Wokou,Gugang regions of Leping County in Jiangxi province.
Population size: Approximately 13,OOO sows in 1980.
Major characteristics:The head is large,with wide forehead,deep wrinkles,large
and drooping ears,shod and upward snout,thick and shod neck.The back is flat and straight,and the belly large and upward arched,the rump lack plumpness, sturdy legs,and the hooves strong,hard and jade greened color.The coat color of the breed is black and white spotted. Average weight of male adults is 109kg and females 114kg.The litter size is 6.8piglets in the First litter,and 10.9piglets in third and up-third parity.The daily gain in The fattening period is about 60.8g.The average dressing percentage is 71.7-73.9%.The eye muscle area is 19.8-22.3cm2 The carcass percentage is 38.4-43.12%.The fat percentage is 43.4%.
