摘要：將4周齡雞80羽隨機(jī)平均分成4組，分別經(jīng)肌肉注射0.1ml，0.2ml，0.3ml接種，觀察不同接種劑量的效果并統(tǒng)計(jì)死亡情況，同時(shí)設(shè)定空白對照組。結(jié)果表明，不同接種劑量對免疫接種有明顯影響，0.2ml接種效果最好，0.1ml效果次之，0.3ml組最差。還對不同劑量接種效果差異的原因進(jìn)行了探討。

Title: The influence of inoculation dosage on birds' immune system to E.Coli disease
Abstract: Choose eighty 4 weeks chicks for a trial. Separate in four groups randomly, within that, one group is set as control group and other three groups were inoculated 0.1ml, 0.2ml and 0.3ml, respectively. Record the performance and mortability for comparision. The trial indicated that there was significant difference among three groups, 0.2ml group showing higher effect and 0.3ml group being lower. Thus, it is concluded that dosage clearly affected the efficiency of vaccination. In this context, the reason is also well discussed.

the fluence of inoculation dosage on the performance of chicken immunity against e.coli disease
abstract:80 chicks at the age of 4 weeks were randomly assigned into 4 treantment groups with the control group untreated and the rest of three inoculated in muscle with 0.1ml,0.2ml and 0.3ml E.coli.suspension respectively.The results indicate that dosage of inoculation has significant effects on imunity with best response of 0.2ml,then 0.1ml and 0.3.The reason for these results brought by different dosage of inoculation has been discussed in this article.
